Mundane request

Hi all,

I know this is going to sound really boring but im after an address book but one that isnt already seperated into NAME, ADDRESS etc. Like an average hardback notebook (plain lined pages) but one that has A-Z down the side.

Ive tried my local WHSmith and stationary shop but no luck and ive searched online but i can only find the preprinted ones.

Any help??
