Yeah he beat him in Cincinati in 2006, Federer had a bad day to be fair though.

As the commentator said that's the first time Federer has lost in the first round of a tournie since 2004 :eek:

He'll just crash out to some unknown in the next round anyway, or get some injury, or illness. They guy is utter useless as there is something almost always wrong with him.

Good player though.

Bit harsh in my opinion - he didnt get into the top 10 last year by losing regularly or being injured all the time - yes he had one major injury where he lost a major part of the season (inc Wimbledon) but otherwise did very well.

He has also had a minor problem with his knee this season - but already won one finals, altogether doing pretty well

Federer sounds a little bitter in that interview; if Murray has a gameplan to Federer and it works then why change it?
