Muscle building

Look at you - look at your talk, 'little bitch' who speaks like that. Anyway enough of the personal insulting. And not really, I just don't spend my day on a forum speaking like a misc bro. Also spam? Troll? Cause you disagree and can't face the truth your posts are uneducated and insults intelligence reading it. Anyway, i'm done with you 'broseph'. You know nothing, your no doubt not aesthetic nor clever, so lets leave it there.

What are you contributing other than being a prize ****?

MF referral for gainz. BC3293.

I dunno....

The steaks are pretty thick and juicy too.

Nah - I prefer it more blue. But when your other half likes it medium, getting the timing right in the same pan is hard :p

When I worked at a butcher at uni, I used to cut off pieces of beef and just eat them raw :D

Plump and juicy, not injected full of water, and generous portions. The beef is also succulent, as is their corn fed chicken, and their pork and gammon. In fact I've been genuinely impressed. It's almost on a par with Donald Russell, and to be honest for the price, it's better.

Cheers Will.

DR was lovely, but I just went for the Steaks and Grand Burgers they had on offer in 'Butcher's Packs'. Lovely, but would only buy them in bulk when on a nice offer. Don't forget TCB for DR, it's about 12% for new accounts and 7% on repeat orders.

Bought some Sainsburys Butchers Choice suasages the other day and they tasted horrible. I've been spoiled by DR sausages :(

Stuck offshore until September, so will put my MF order in before I get on Heli back to the beach. Will remember to nab one of the referral codes for extra OMNOMS :)

I have a very good friend (local butcher) who supplies Sat Bains with his meat. He always gives me loads of quality meat at great prices when i go visit him.
Need to pop over to see him and stock up methinks.
He used to have a large freezer tray with all his freezer burned meat saved for me. nothing wrong with it, it just doesn't look good enough to display so he used to give it all to me.
That was back in the day though.

More lulzy threads, more time needs to be spent challenging oneself and pushing it big, rather than being critical of internet persona's and attacking grammar. I can just see loads of people spiking there cortisol with rage stuck behind a computer screen, when they just need to chill.

His sentence structure is exactly like Elliots.

Elliot aint banned though so don't see why he'd use another account.

cheers guys well i stopped lifting in nov to move house and just re started and couldnt believe the increase in price, i like whole foods over shakes.

but ill give the butchers ago at 15st i try aim to get a least 1g of protein to 1lb of mass doesnt equal to cheap :)
At the most, 1g per lb lean mass, NOT your entire 15st. Even then, that's more protein than has actually been proven (beyond anecdotes) to be of any genuine practical use. So not obsessing over exact protein ratio quotas will help on the financing side.

Food prices have not risen dramatically since last November, so that's an odd comment to make indeed.

You prefer whole foods over shakes, but using shakes would save you money. Aside from that, it's *possible* that isolates etc are better synthesized by the body. I find it funny when people say "the odd shake won't do any harm as long as the rest of the diet is intact". If the whole diet was protein shakes and other liquids for meeting general macro and micronutrient requirements, it wouldn't necessarily be a 'bad' diet.

Thanks to you all my freezer is now nice and full of chicken and beef. Will be cooking some up shortly but very impressed with the size of the chicken breasts as has been said by others.

Nothing wrong with being a veggie without quorn etc

The problem most vegetarians seem to have is they have no clue about diet or nutrition so end up eating pizza and Linda McCartney ****.

instead you could go for nuts, quinoa, oats, milk, eggs, peanut butter, quark, yoghurt, all types of beans etc

120g+ a day should be easily achievable and if you add in a whey shake or two it should suffice.

Nothing wrong but as a veggie myself, Quorn is a great addition to what can be quite a sterile diet.
