hi , 3-3-2-8 is default and that is at ddr500 so you have room at stock ram timings to up your fsb and lower your multi , force the command rate to 1t if possible to help performance

I do apologise for my ignorance !! but how do those timings fit in these settings

memclock index value 400mhz
CAS# latency 3
Min RAS# active time 8t
RAS# to CAS# delay 4t
Row precharge time 3t
Rowcycle time 12t
Row refresh cyc time 16t
Read-to-write time 5t
Write recovery time 3t
1t/2t memory timings 2t

Cheers

the ones you want in order are
CAS = on yours ( CAS# latency)
RAS to CAS delay (RAS# to CAS# dleay)
RAS (row Precharge time)
cycle time (Min RAS active Time)

think that is correct best way to check in CPU-Z will tell ya *** is *** then you can work out *** to change.

im currently running 3,3,2,8 in the order above
