Hi , i have been looking at this ram for a little while now and noticed it is slightly cheaper so my question is ,is it the best 2 gig to buy , i am at present at 300 times 9 but my ram is on a divider giving me 2,2,2,5 on the timimgs but at 198FSB so do you think i should be able to run 1 : 1 with this stuff or is there something more guaranteed , i plan to buy on Friday

hi . at ddr 500 they are rated at 3-3-2-8 , so at 540 is there much difference in the timings , and do you think performance will increase going from 1 gig on tight timings 2-2-2-5 at ddr 400 to 2 gig at say 3-3-2-8 at ddr540 , thats the corsair pro 3200 to the redline

2Gig itself will give you a massive boost, also i believe the redline can run at 2-3-2-5 at 200Mhz or thereabouts, can someone confirm

Yeah that would be nice if they will do ddr 400 on tight timings aswell like you said, then i would see it as best of both worlds , has anyone got these sticks

I was looking at them too.
I want some ram that does 280mhz in the reviews they do but it would be nice if someone could confirm.

I have this RAM running at 200Mhz on an ABit AN7 at 2-3-2-5, which is its advertised speed and allegedly can go about 230 at this speed. i have seen reviews get 280+ and i believe it can do it as i have had a play with soke OC'ing at tight timings and it just does it, no fuss. prime95's sweetly, but for the minute i am keeping it low for a while

hi , i have this now so can you tell me what timings it detects as in cpuz at stock , and still pc3200 is that right,
