Music storage and playback

Hi, I'm looking to build something small, with a high capacity HDD, to sit between my TV (hdmi) and HIFi (dac).

To store all my CD's and some movies i have.

I'm currently in possesion of an Intel E8400, and 4gb of Corsair DDR2 Ram, so if i could build something round them to save some monies.

I also like the Lian Li PC-V351B.

So if someone could Spec me as cheap as possible, everything else i'd need,

un-sure wether i'd need a sound card why i'm sending signal through my dac.

not entirely suer what your after but presume some form of HTPC

in which case what you currently have is fine

pair it with a 5450 and have a read at xbmc.net and you should be well on the way
