Musical Keyboard advice needed

hi there

I have a care home that wants me to get them a good quality keyboard to be used in a karaoke environment (sing songs for the elderly etc) - i have a budget of £300 - £400 inc vat

im not the most musical person so any advice would be great.

Can't go wrong with Yamaha to be honest. Well built and reasonable price.

76 note Yamaha keyboard

61 note Yamaha keyboard/synth

I would go for the first - not sure how big the room is so maybe you'd need to budget in a small guitar practice amp, cable and a stand for the keyboard. Should be managable for under £400.
