Muslim rape wave in Sweden

Sweden calculate the rapes differently though.

If a women who has been married to her husband decides (rightfully or wrongly not the point here) that actually she's been forced into sex against her will then each occurrence of sex is tallied up. In this country we don't do that, so in Sweden 100 rapes could all belong to a single victim, this skews the results somewhat.

Yes it's still happening. The government does not do anything because it fears it may be branded racist. Sweden is VERY liberal.

I'm just wondering what would people do here if this started happening in the UK? I mean it already does, my sister in law was gang raped by a group of muslims when she was 22 but I don't think it's as extreme as Sweden.


Oh and no "swedish women are hot" jokes please, serious discussion.

So if muslim gangs started raping young women here because they are more sexual promiscuous than muslim women and they believe they are "teaching them a lesson" you would just put them in jail and not demand for them to be deported ?

Personally my point of view is if they want to see women in burkas they should go live wherever women wear burkas as standard.
 
Yes, Sweden does calculate the figures differently and classes more aggressively but also it is rather wrong to say this is a 'Muslim' problem when you actually see it is a pattern of behaviour in certain cultures who happen to have the Islamic faith as the predominate one. Yes, there is crossover but there is an issue with cultural values rather than the faith. A subtle but rather important difference.

It can quite easily be argued that the Islamic faith breeds these dangerous cultures. I wouldn't just say Islam here either, but that's what the OP is about so I've singled out this religion.

My old neighbour came too the UK 4 years from sweden with his 2 daughters, as 3 of their friends were gang raped. They were telling me how they just dont want to live there anymore.
 
I don't know if this passage from the OP's link holds much water, but no, that's not what rape is. If you rape someone, it's because you can't contain your sexual urges, not because they were "asking for it". The problem we have is either the teachings of the Koran or individual's interpretation of it.

Well, you're making a point with very specific circumstances. Pulling someone up for rape doesn't deny them the right to remain in this country, regardless of their warped societal/cultural beliefs. Morally, it's no different to any other case of rape (i.e. by an English guys, for the sake of argument), surely. Your point actually comes down to 'send them back'. No rapists of any background are desired in our society, why don't we deport all of them, not just the Muslim ones?

Blind obedience to anything without question causes less humane behaviour - we have seen such behaviour before with people who follow spiritual gods (Christian, Muslim, Hindu etc), people who follow humans who assume a godlike role (Hitler, Stalin, Hirohito etc), people who follow the flag, and it goes on. It gives people a justification and an excuse.

People who engage their brain, question and actually think tend to fair better.

I would not mind that, how much would it cost to attach them all to a rocket and send them to the Moon?

Unfortunately we can't deport citizens but Muslim immigrants who go around the streets wearing dresses and speaking Arabic surely can't be that difficult?
