Lets watch how quickly this driver gets kicked out of his job. Unlike the muslim who refused a guidedog.

The Driver is question, if the allegations are true, was in the wrong and will no doubt be repremanded for this.
The Driver doesn't have to give his contact details to anyone other than the Police or a Company Official and he was well within his rights to refuse. The Bus route and time along with the operating number of the bus in question is all a customer needs to identify the Driver.
Recording anyone in their place of work without their express permission or permission of the employer is an invasion of their privacy regardless of the circumstances.
Unfortunately we have no idea what sort of attitude these two women had when asked to leave the Bus correctly I may add, in the first instance.
It has been my experience that the public generally treat Drivers with distain and rudeness on a regular basis and this would need to be considered.
Also if the safety of the passengers was in jeopardy or the Driver suspected that admitting these women would have caused any kind of threat to the safety of the passengers then he is legally bound to refuse access. Going by the article this obviously doesn't appear to be the case and I reiterate, if the report is factual then the Driver should be disciplined.
