Mussel recipes?

anyone know any different things to do with mussels?
going to make up some of the classic cream/garlic/shallot but I've got enough of them to try something different!

not a massive fan of the tomato based ones, thai is interesting as long as it doesn't involve coconut milk, might go for some chilli, lime, lemongrass and bit of beer or something for the steam

went for onion, chilli, garlic, wee bit of lemon grass and cider - then finished it with a wee bit of creme fraiche at the end just to make the broth a bit more "dippable"! tasty as!

my mate has a mussel farm and I love them (and they're free too, the best price!)
