Must have 360 titles?

I'm fairly new to this 360 lark and I already have a small collection of great games, but I'm curious as to whether or not I'm missing out on any essentials.

Currently I have:

GTA 4
Soul Calibur 4
Halo 3
Condemned 2
Turok
Braid

I know there are some good ones coming out in the future, but I'm more concerned about what I've missed over the last couple of years.

So then, any recommendations?

Worth mentioning that I've already played Bioshock and Mass Effect on PC.

Basically there is loads of games for you to try that are awesome

If you liked Condemned 2, you should like Condemned 1 even more. It gave me the willies on several occasions. Crackdown is terrific fun, too. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 1 + 2 are good.

Indeed, Kameo and Condemned as already suggested are great. I'd also add Crackdown which is really fun.
