Must Have Operation Flashpoint Mods

Hi

I just got Operation Flashpoint GOTY Edition and so far am loving it, however just wondering what mods I must download because I see loads of mods for it and 99% of mods or total conversions are not that good. So am asking for your expert opinion
Also is there a mod that makes the island into like a free roaming game, because the game seems very capable of a mod like this
