Another showing of how crud the Pzero is!
The Fiesta ST comes with Pzeros as well. I don't know why they insist on using them

You can't have a car that corners like a go-kart and put crappy tyres on it :/

I totally agree with this, had mine fitted with the pack this morning.
I wasn't blown away by the performance as standard coming from my 330d but it feels noticeably faster now and the way it reeled a 435d more than once earlier goes some way to prove it.

Does the RS come in manual form only?
More options mean higher manufacturing costs.
Manual all the way though, Ford know whats right when it comes to performance cars![]()

Like using Pzeros![]()
I think the 435d has a lot more torque and an automatic gearbox than the stock RS, so in theory both cars stock they should be very evenly matched, believe their both AWD too.
CP375 will give you an edge for sure as long as you row through the gears quick enough.
Every car should come from the factory more power.![]()
The point and benefit with the FPM375 kit is a lot LESS Rowing.... only a small top end gain, but the area under the curve is a large increase. so mid range is really sweet now.
Diesels are torque monsters so matching that with a "small" petrol edge is near impossible. A mate has A5 v6 with Revo S1.... about 600NM !! That's one hell of a shove in the back when rolling.
Thankfully RS comes with MPSS as standard.
DSG would have been much quicker......and boring... (Wife has Ibiza Cupra DSG... just not natural)
I've also have an R34 Skyline bayside blue for a couple of months.
How does PDK, DSG and DCT differ.... too me the are all double clutch auto boxes as opposed to a slush box...
How was that?
I don't quite see how the two compete, very different cars and both great but serve different roles and purposes. For me the Mustang was never really considered, too big, more a cruiser, possible more thirsty (minor point). Only sat in one, nice inside, looks great, sounds great.
If a Mustang is more of a Cruiser what the hell is a Focus RS? It is far from a nimble hatchback when it weighs the same as a mid size estate!
