Just had to fill in a 'Mutual Respect at work' questionnaire/test thing for work. And I had to laugh when I was given these options for one of the questions.

I have been on one of those - we call it "Diversity Training"

Of of the questions was about getting people to work harder, and what was the wrong response. One of the answers was:

"Threaten them with a P45"

One of our american colleagues thought a P45 was a hand gun!

Says it all really..
