Muxing MKV to MP4 file container without converting the video

Hi,

I have a whole library of 1080p MKV (DTS Soundtrack) which I want to convert so they will play on my ATV (v1). Anybody know the best/easiest tool to re-containerise the video and convert the DTS audio into something Apple friendly.

Please note I don't want to have to re-encode everything, there is no need and it's just too slow
