Agreed, after playing the alpha for a week, i found it hard to get back into bc2 again. The alpha trial had certain similarities to moh, but again it felt different to me in how it played.

I've gave BFBC2 a decent chance as well but I just can't get into it. It feels sluggish and it's annoying dying and having to walk for miles to the objective again. Also the hit markers are screwed because I can unload an entire clip at someone and they won't die :(

Fixed that for you

Generally if you hit people a few times they die (close to med range) at mid to distant range it's possible to hit people several times and they still wont go down

Heavy Metal is the only map that has a fair distance between objectives, mostly the maps are small enough to get there fairly quickly at a run. Other than that spawn on objectives and squad members, and if your squad is useless camping snipers then switch to another, or just grief them until they move (constant 40mm smoke is good for that).

Yeah it's fine when you can spawn on the squad leader but the coward is taking shelter from gunfire, you spawn and get killed straight away. Then some doyle medic comes along and revives you and you die again. You think, well i'm not falling for that again you spawn at your base and see there's no vehicles so you have to tolerate a mile hike, you get close to the objective and you get snipered by some camper. Rinse and repeat.
 
Rent or borrow mw3 and bf3 for sp. But if they are really really good (which i personally doubt) then i'll get them in the sale :D
 
Ill be purchasing both, theyre different styles of game and i happen to enjoy both, (black ops was abit meh though).
 
I haven't touched the CoD series since CoD4, I knew it was just going downhill from there. Still play CoD2 with mates all the time, amazing game.

BF3 looks like its going to be huge, can't wait.
