MW3 Free Steam Weekend

There was an article recently on Kotaku (i think) about a guy who paid a subscription to a company for BF3 hacks. The guy sounded like a right chump.

I don't suppose he's the only one or that this is the only game that suffers from it. I guess that is where LAN gaming amongst select invitees or running a multiplayer game acting as the server, again amongst select invitees comes into its own.

I dunno why people kick up a huge fuss about MW3. Yeah, it's just rehashed COD4, but COD4 was amazing. I know they're not pushing the bounds of technology or anything but if you don't like it, that's fine. I loved COD4 and I still play MW3 from time to time. It's nothing special but it can still be fun.

Just seen this in blockbusters for £5, did pick it up but then thought. Don't do it lol.
Got Saints row 3 and Bulletstorm for £4 each :)

cod4 is a master class and if you put any serious amount of time in you know it is vastly better than mw3 .

mw3 has pure console type movement.

its like comparing bf3 to bf2 .

After playing it on a friends PS3 on occasion I just couldn't enjoy it, but after playing it this weekend I was surprised to find I actually enjoyed it, using a mouse definitely helped.

Having said that I still don't think I will see myself buying it. The game is okay, but for me the problem lies with the majority of the player community. I've never seen a larger bunch of campers, hackers, drop shotters or sore-losers in any other game before, and that's a deal breaker for me.
