mw3 intel pack double xp

hi guys
just been down to GAME for midnight launch of mw3, i got the intel pack which contains double xp activation card.

it states on the back what to do for ps3 and xbox 360, but it doesnt state anything about pc. is this available for pc users?

It might be linked in with the whole elite service which aint on PC.

They say it's harder to control on PC as it is an open platform and when it is released we will just get a free version with none of the cool stuff consoles have like competitions and prizes e.t.c.

Basically they are saying it will be a hack fest and their profits target means they are not willing to combat it. If consoles supported mouse and keyboard i would have just got this on xbox.

when you go on the website to activate it, it asks you to select either ps3 or xbox, there is no "pc" to choose, so i cant try it...

Its anoying, because when i preordered the game, they asked if i wanted to have the intel pack, thinking that its all good, i said yes....

just to find out they fobbed me off, coz it dont work, T****rs.....

That really sucks.

But, let me get this right, MW3 for PC from GAME comes with this intel pack as an exclusive thing (like how purchasing BF3 from amazon came with the specact kit)?

Or, it's like a booster card that you add to your account to get double xp for a specified period of time(like the boosters in global agenda)?

If it's the latter then surely you can take it back for a refund.

If it's the former then well done to activision for being snidey *****.

Read this on RPS a few days back.

Regardless of their intentions. good or bad, Cod has always decended into a hackfest. BF3 is having it's own hacker problems at the moment as well.

yeah it comes with a card, you activate a code on your account to give you 4 hours of double xp...
I dont exactly need it, but if i pay for something, id like to use it....

The intel pack you get contains everything for the xbox and ps3, nothing what so ever is for pc....

Yeah well done Call of Duty... PC platform really has been left out on this one.....

and DisrupTor75.. Battlefield 3 is hacked already? omg....

Yea, BF3 has its fair share of hackers. PB is getting some of them, but because its new title, im guessing its database doesnt have a lot of signatures/known hack commands.

Take the Intel pack back and ask for a PC one. They look almost identical except the label on the front says PC obviously, but the PC one has a free digital download of CoD4 instead of 4hrs double XP and avatar clothing.

I redeemed mine this morning from www.mw3pcpreorder.com.

i went back to GAME store earlier and explained that they gave me the incorrect one, they said thats all they have, and werent aware that call of duty were to sent PC ones... grrr
