MW3 Steam question

Not this time no, Steam's activation servers are a bit more wily than 'check your PC's network'. It's all done on their side. I think MW3 is actually unlocked simultaneously worldwide as well, whereas BF3 was staggered which led to users using the earliest unlock date all over.

Activision would breathe fire as well.
 
I got the impression its worldwide release on the 8th, have heard some people say asia is earlier though i expect that is just because their days start before ours.

Can u preload on steam?

MW3 has worldwide release on Tuesday the 8th.

Anybody saying its earlier is lieing. Some have managed to buy copies already, due to retailers releasing early and breaking Activisions rules

But the release day is Tuesday.

It is easy to fool Steam into thinking you are from another country its exactly the same as I done with Origin actually except one you unlock it and play it you have to go in offline mode or keep the VPN activated.

They only thing is now is that MW3 is released at the same time for everyone like for us it will get released at around 6am on the Tuesday because thats when its the 8th in America and they are going by that generally because games are released there on Tuesdays, Just be thankful they did a worldwide release date unlike most games where Americans get it early. I suppose thats due to how big a release it is though unlike other games such as F1 2011 :)
