Hey,

Could anyone help us out?? I have a MX 5000 desktop set, the keyboard is fine but the MX 1000 mouse is erratic as hell! Tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling but to no luck! I'm using a baking tray, it was working but all of a sudden the mouse is just been annoying!

Could anyone help us out?!?!

Cheers, Alex

Try using a different surface.

I also have an mx1000 and i've never had any problems with it.

Could also be interference, turn off anything that uses wireless communication and then try it. Have you tried the reset button on the charging station?

No hair on the lens, this is failry annoying, i've been using this mouse for quite a while on the baking tray and its been excellent. Extremely good precise movement.

Now its gone all wierd. Tried resetting the connection. Doesnt seem to help. It works slightly better on my wood desk but still sometimes goes wierd on the desk aswell.

Anyone else got any suggestions?!

Well a baking tray is hardly a normal mousemat is it.
Try a normal mousemat with it, if nothing else it just rules it out.

its one of these expensive steel flat baking trays. Just like a Steel pad but for a tenner!

Was working perfectly remember, so its no the baking tray.

Anyway, will keep on trying things. :(
