Hi guys,

I have gotten into greenlaning and might even do a bit of endure riding later on.

I have a Beta 2 stroke 300cc which is a really amazing bike.

I am struggling with boots big time. I have tried on Sidi crossfires but simply cannot get a pair that fit. My feet are too wide and Sidis are so tight they are painful. I do NOT want Sidi boots.

I am looking for the best value MX boots, has anyone used O'Neal, Fox or Alpine Stars boots? Or any others? I am using my Daytona road boots at the moment but as these are £350 I dont want them getting trashed from off road riding and the sharp pegs on my dirt bike.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have Alpinestars tech 3's and they are great; plenty of support for MX and don't break the bank. Just get a size up from normal.

Tech 3 and Tech 1's (if you can get them) are nice, almost pre-worn in too. I have ANSR ones right now but they are cheapo, fit nicely though.

I have the Forma Adventure Boot waterproof and like wearing trainers comfort wise.

Not used them off road but still I highly recommend them.

If on a budget then i have seen good things about the RST Adventure 2 boots

Edit:
I ride a R1200GS Adventure and have no issues with using the gear lever or brake pedal in the Forma boots.
