Does anybody play MX vs ATV Reflex? I think it is by far the best online racing game. The single player is ok as well.

The servers have be off for a while as THQ who made the game went into liquidation. The rights for the game have been bought by Nordic games.

They have been working on getting the servers up and running again. They are looking for people to help with beta testing the online play. I have been playing and it is working ok.

If you have a steam version of the game you can request a password to test the online beta. You need to go to the nordic forums. The post on how to request the beta password is on page 45.

I am not sure if I am allowed to post a link to the Nordic forums? If somebody replies telling me it is ok I will post a link direct to the forum page you need to look at to request a beta password.

I agree that the 1 player is not brilliant. It's also not terrible. The online play is excellent. The online play is great fun. I would say just for the online play the game is worth buying. I got mine for £3 in an Amazon sale.

One thing that bugs me about the online play is dirty players. The deliberately ram into you to overtake you. 99 times out of 100 when they ram you it is you who comes of your bike and they don't. Fortunately most players don't play dirty.

oh yeah I remember playing Motorcross Madness about 10 years ago. I think this is where these games originated from. Great stuff

I've had this game on my Steam wish list for a while now, but never got around to picking it up. Thanks for the reminder :)
