MX2004 Flash (Need tuts)

Hey Guys,

I was basically wondering if anybody knew of any decent tutorials for this piece of software, I can do basic things in flash like making sound boards and things.

I was looking for more animation based ones, prefabably with a video

Throw up some links if you have any, i'll take a look at anything

I was kinda hoping somebody could point me towards a guide, sure I could spend hours clicking through videos and listening to some kid that explains it in ways I don't understand, but that wouldn't be too constructive now would it?

Not to mention the dire quality of most videos on youtube, I can barely make out what program they are using let alone all the little niggley clicks.
