I've had my MX510 for about 18 months now and the scroll wheel is now only working in one direction, down. I mainly use it for web browsing where the wheel is necessary, and for gaming where it is also. Firstly I've looked at the logitech website and althought it is in warentee, they recommend contacting the seller: OCUK.
Personally I can't really be bothered with doing all that and have been looking at other mice, namely the Deathadder.
The MX510 has been an absolutely brilliant mouse and I've had no problems with it on any machine i've used it on until this past week where the scroll has been progressively getting worse until it has now finally stopped.
