I have recently been given an MX 700
Works just fine and its exactly like my G5 well, almost, but cordless.
Anyway, I stuffed a couple of batteries into it and it was working fine for a few days, but then it soon ran out of power.
Seems it does not charge up properly.
Anyway, I am looking at the USB connector as I see a DC Jack Socket there... Thats not a power outlet is it? - No, it is more of a power inlet.
So, on looking at the base station part of the setup, I see that it has a rating of 6v @ 1.2A DC - so, what are my options here? - is it safe to go out and buy a 6v 1.2a DC PSU and just whack it in, or does it need to be a specific PSU / charger?
