I've noticed that Cyan is not printing from my printer. Tried replacing the cartridge to no avail.
I can confirm that Cyan is not printing AT ALL by doing a nozzel check print test page.
I noticed some people mention that cleaning the print head is the way to go, but they tend to be in situations where there is some partial colour coming through. In my case, there is no Cyan whatsoever.
Has anyone here had a similar experience perchance? Any advice please? Thanks
