Hi folks
I purchased my first shuttle about 4-5 weeks ago, sn25p, funky little thing. Unfortunately I had to RMA it because it would not power up with my 7900GT installed. So got a new one sent to me, changed the SATA cables, powered on, couple of times I had to switch PSU off and on again to get it on. Got everything installed AMD X2 3800+, 7900GT, 2gb RAM, 74GB raptor and a 250GB seagate, DVD-ROM.
All working hunky dory games were flying I was very pleased. Now it takes muchos switching on switching off PSU, disconecting cables and reconnecting them again and maybe if I am lucky the damn thing will boot.
Not much good to me like that, So i feel another RMA coming. However after 2 shuttles and a lot of stress and wasted time I feel like getting a refund and going back to a tower PC. My spec is no different to a lot of others with shuttles and a lot of people are happy.
Anyone care to convince me to soldier on with shuttle? Is it worth the hassle?
Cheers
