My 2 year transformation

I wasn't claiming anything other than not fat, and they aren't, there is no give in my arms.

My point isn't a critique of me, but why his claim is so far fetched?

Because its quite easy in normal life to grow muscle.
However, to grow 18" arms when only having a 44" chest and losing 10 stone of weight, is rare.

Because the OP says he has 9 - 10% bodyfat, which surely is him saying that he considers himself lean....... LEAN 18" arms are hella impressive....... HENCE the issue?!

Well like I say, thanks for explaining, I dont go to gyms and stuff I dont know what people want from it, or what is good.

This is true i was a competing body builder and in general you can lose an inch a stone easy on youre arms when cutting, ie i just lost half a stone and lost about half an inch from the posted pictures, lean cut 18 inch arms would be very impressive and mostly out of the reach of mere mortals, only juice boys own these.

For the guys who still think its easy to get 18 inch arms grow up and live in the real world, it aint easy.

I wasn't claiming anything other than not fat, and they aren't, there is no give in my arms, I was cheating a bit anyway, I have for the past 18 years worked in jobs where really heaving lifting and dragging and man handling were part and parcel of everyday work. Proper heavy lifting as well, I know I can lift 125 kilos, because that's how much the crates with the industrial dies I used to deliver weigh.

I have moved several tons a day, virtually everyday, for all my adult life so far, I have real world strength not targeted body building.

Moving weight doesnt mean to much i do 6 tons just on flat bench in less than 30 mins and the guys that squat more. Dont under estimate bodybuilders or weightlifters strength, just cause you lift all day doesnt mean you will be a strong as someone who targets each muscle group and eats to grow each muscle group not just mauling weights around a shop floor.

:D

"I've lifted heavy weights every day for 20 years and eaten enough and I have 16 inch arms, so why couldn't a guy who spent 2 years doing an extreme fat-loss diet have simultaneously achieved 18 inch arms whilst at single digit bodyfat?"

Anyway, OP is never going to post a photo of his arms. He's either afraid of becoming the forum's "The Situation", with arms bigger than B1C3P's but the chest of an untrained male, or he doesn't have arms anywhere near 18 inches.
