I have a 24" curved monitor, an MSI Optix G24C, that is about to give up the ghost.
It's had problems for well over a year, where it will show crazy lines on the screen when it 1st turns on. It seems I was not the only 1 reporting this problem and it was just the monitor "warming up".
Yesterday it started showing a dim flickering screen when it turned on, but went away in about 30 seconds. Today the dim screen has not gone away.

I'm looking for another 24" 1920x1080 curved monitor. Pickings look a little thin, but I was going to buy the Asus VG24VQR.

Is this a good choice?
Can anyone recommend another monitor?

Isn't 24" a little too small for a curved display? Which games do you play on it and what is your budget and which GPU do you have? You can get 34" Ultrawides (3440x1440) for £50 (or less) more.
