My 4000+ SD overclock - advice?

Hi there,

Current rig is AMD 4000 San Diego, DFI NF4 Infinity mobo, 2GB Crucial cheapo (8-4-4-3) RAM, GF7800GT (@ 475/1200), Antec 480W TruPower II.......

I'm new-ish to the overclocking game so I've just finished extensive testing and fiddling and managed the following :

2800MHz (I lowered the multiplier to 10 x 280)
HTT x3
RAM on a 4:3 divider (therefore running at DDR400 on 8-3-3-2.5 timings)
Stock air cooling and voltage.
CPU diode idles @ 30, under load @ 47-50.

Prime95 stable for 10 hours.
OCCT / Superpi stable.

3DMark05 score - 8229 (6181 CPU Marks)

This all seems to be rather more than I expected with my amateurish "skills"?

Does everything above look acceptable - and is there any area where I could, perhaps, improve things a little more whilst still remaining stable?

I don't think the RAM reacts too well to being overclock hence why I've used a divider.....
 
I think I've "improved" a little on the OC....

Now running at 11x255 to give 2.8GHz - everything still stock and the RAM still on a divider to keep it at 200MHz.

Am I losing anything by running the RAM on a divider I wonder?

As I'm on stock cooling I'm wary of increasing the vcore really - though perhaps if I did I'd push 3GHz?

I'm more than happy with the 2.8GHz though, so I might just keep it at that :)

I've improved the temperatures a little bit - it now hits a maximum of 46 degrees whilst fully loaded over an extensive period of time. Not bad for stock cooling?

I'll need to sit down and work out which RAM ratio I'll need to use for 273MHz...

BTW - no idea about all of this stepping lark either. The info I noted from the top of my CPU before installation was;

ADA4000D AA5BN KAB2E 0548FPMW
