my 4400 wont clock

yer title sez it all really my 4400+ dnt like anything above what it is now even wiv 1.5v it wont hit 2500 and run stable for over a few mins i can only assume im unlucky any other ideas? the stepping is CCBWE if i remeber correctly shame really ive seen some really good clocks on these
 
I've got a same stepping opty 170 it doesn't go above 2500 stable either - mind you that's with only 1.4 running through it
 
the memory will do 250fsb, its 1.400v in bios but in win its around 1.45v i had it around 1.5v for 2570 prime stable for around a minute

that bad lol, whats u setting's. ht lowered, useing a divider ect?? more info the better, dont force more volts on it, c how far u can go with norm volts, then when bsod's ect, try small increase then
 
yer thts what i did to get up2 this speed lol my prev 3200 ws running at 2.6 no probs.

ram divider is 1:1 cos my memory can run at 250mhz
bus 222mhz
