My 7500 on boost frequency all cores, all the time?

Hey guys,

Just been playing around on my computer, and noticed in AfterBurner that all four cores on the 7500 CPU are at 3.8GHz all the time, even when idle..

The temps are good and low and quiet, just wondering if its because I changed the W10 performance info to "maximum performance" for CPU/GPU?
