I cant seem to be able to login to my account here at OCUK to buy anything, or look up a existing order. Is the online shop down?

What browser are you using? Pretty sure the login is a bit dodgy with either IE or Firefox, can't quite remember which though!

yeah i have the same problem logging in with IE7 on Vista x64. Its definitly a problem with the online shop

same,i always look at there user name to make sure it isnt him

I've just logged in (Firefox, windows xp), if you're still having problems it might be best to ring the store in the morning.

I'll post a link to this in the Don's room for the store guys (if I leave a virtual bottle of whisky by it, it should get some attention

Have you got all the IE7 updates? I'm sure there was some issue with IE7 on Vista and TLS

Read the FAQ yourself, there's no mention of no shop talk completely.
It merely says don't post about orders/stock/RMAs or anything that may tarnish OcUK.

Me too...and I'm always disappointed that it isn't sam83UK.

IE is known in the web building world to be a right pain to get your site to work in it. You can build a site that works in all browsers, but not IE, it's due to the way it reads the 'internet data'.

The fact it only seems to be a problem for x64 Vista people is strange though...unless MS made the 64bit version of IE7 even worse than the 32bit one.
