building my crysis rig, was going 2 go for akasa and a roof rad but the case and w/c kit would cost too much. went for a lcs cost me 136 with cpu w/c cooling.

so it looked crud on the inside(bare metal) seen some on here black so i went that way. got some stove paint hammerite stuff which eft a sand paper finish, you could seriously file your nails on there. i got two cans but it wasnt enough. so went back 2 store and they didnt have anymore. so iwent for plastikote high temp spray. the finish on that stuff was awesome....so after doing around two coats on all parts i got four tins of platicote clear(sealer/laquer). i really just sprayed it on everywhere without caring about the finish because i wanted a nice thick coat so it didnt scrath easily.

i gave it four coats, i let it dry between coats for like 40 mins. here are some pics.

so the plastic frame bit on top of the case had really small holes in for the fan beneath it. i decided to make them bigger.

when u install the roof fan and plastic frame you will notice part of the fan area doesnt have and holes above it so i drilled my own. hopefully this mod should improve airflow over the standard design
