Just noticed after maintainence last Sunday, my speed had dropped from 16mb down to just under 8mb. I raised a ticket with them at 9.45am today, had them on the phone to me by 11am responding to my ticket all was resolved by 11.15am
Fantastic support if you ask me, even other times i've used their support it's been very quick. No complaints from me, definately the best isp i've ever used.
