My Bimmer ###***PIC HEAVY***###

That's one fantastic car, k3wt, and some great photos!

I note some of the photos were taken in New College Lane, Oxford; were you in the city sometime in the past week or so? The personalised registration seems familiar and I'm sure I engaged in some head turning and/or a prolonged period of gazing at a car matching your's description!

Thanks. yeh took those pics there back in December last year. I highly doubt you will have seen me recently with those wheels ;)

you live in Oxford then?

That I do. Well, I go to the university, and my college is a stones throw from where some of the photos were taken. As I say your registration seems familiar so I'm sure I've seen your car around at some point, maybe a while ago.

Do you happen to live just outside Oxford by any chance? I dare say the photo of the housing estate also looks somewhat familiar...

I temporarily live in ox so no doubt on rare occasions you might have seen me driving though the city centre, around headington and cowley areas :)

That pic of the housing estate looks familiar.... to one in Leamington Spa ;) then again all new housing developments look the same!

Beautiful Car, crap thread.

I find myself spending less time here for the latter bit which is a shame as I used to enjoy the Motors forum. :(

I really don't like these, just the tail looks all wrong to me.

Also know someone who's already had 3 major issues with his - sheared its camshaft at 20k, and has been through two superchargers. Still only on 45k......

Then again, the old 'you only hear about the bad ones' comes into play there, but nevertheless..

Apart from the opening post, which shows a damn fine motor vehicle, the thread has de-generated into crap.
I was perusing the thread Housey put up the other day (classic GP shots) and that had almost everything that is good in motors in it. (perhaps because it didn't have a members car in it)
I can see why people are starting to stay away from this section.

I don't understand why he's getting flamed?

He's bought a fapping awesome car, so clearly he can afford it - who gives a toss about depreciation? it's not your money your going to lose, why bang on about it?

Green eyed monster syndrome.

OP Nice car chap. I also echo Fox's comment re getting a manual one mated to the 335 :)

Must admit I'm not a BMW fan by any manner of means - also I've read the first page in this thread then skipped to the last page assuming it's full of all the usual drivel?

On topic - thats a lovely looking car and some pretty nice photography locations too

This thread takes me back, good job you didn't have a GT3, you might get people offering you out and all sorts :D Nice motor, but then most BM's are to be fair and I would probably have gone for a nearly new M3 over a new chipped new 335i but it's not my money and the 335 is a lovely motor and the E90/E92 shape grows on me each time I see it.

Fantastic car mate, absolutely gorgeous and lovely pics as well!

Don't mind Daveyboy, sounds like he had been raiding mummy and daddy's drinks cabinet last night, lets hope the little jealous boy has a hangover today.

Lovely example there, Great alloys, great interior, great colour.

Out of interest what does the invididual stereo system include?

Stunning motor although think I prefer the original wheels!

Ignore the idiots on here :)

That looks really nice, I like the photography style. Where are the pics taken? I'd guess Oxford or somewhere in the Cotswolds by the colour of the stone.

I actually liked the wheels that were on it.
