Hi guys, wondering if you can help me.
I just put my old gtx280 into my brother's PC (which is essentially my previos pc with 1 replacement hard disk for the 3 or 4 I had at the time) and now it keeps turning itself off and on again three times before it boots.
The Graphics card also scores 5.9 in WEI as opposed to 6.3 which the 9600GT that was in there previously and the 7.3 it scored in my i7 so I'm wondering if it has a power issue, and why that might be when it was fine for me a couple of years ago with MORE stuff running?
It's powered by a 750Watt Zalman PSU and only has a 1TB Samsung F3 HDD, an E8400 CPU, a DVDRW and the other bare minimum components to power it.
It has a DFI X48 motherboard.
Any thoughts and suggestions? I'm gonna try a bios reset and see if that fixes it.
