My budget build

hello everyone,

i am currently chosing the parts for my new computer that i am going to make and i would like some others opinion on them.

i have currently got: (from my old computer)
gigabyte GTX 460
400W PSU

these are the parts that have first picked out:

AMD Quad Core Phenom II X4 840 3.2GHz

Asus M4A87TD EVO AMD 870

Samsung Spin Point F3 SATAII 1TB 32MB Cache Hard Drive

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit

CoolerMaster Elite 430 Midi Case

bearing in mind that i am on a budget so i dont think i will be able to go much higher cost wise, but exceptions can be made.

What do you think?

What PSU? If it's cheap/generic you would have to replace that too.

Build looks good, but do you really need 8GB? What will you be using the C for?
