Im gonna build a budget gaming pc and I wanted to make sure if they're ok.

If you could stretch your budget a little more and get this card. If you don`t like the games, you can always sell them and get some money back.

Windows 8 developers edition is free to try and would get you up and going. After 3 months you can choose wether you want to buy windows 7 or stick with 8.

Included an optical drive, not sure if you did need it. This 7850 has 2GB of VRAM which I would really try to get as a minimum. Bigger HDD too with more cache.
