Not got either but this review would suggest the opposite, looks like the 7950 performs worse on min FPS

Plus you get Physics for the two or three games that support it.

But in terms of performance the 7950 still surpasses the 660Ti. Once the 7950 is OC'ed it can surpass 7970 speeds but depends on your preference. If you don't want to OC 660Ti is the better choice but if you want to OC 7950 is much better.
