Im starting to build my own system, Im going to be buying the parts over one month and ive got so far.

Coolermaster ATC 210C-DX1 (No PSU)
Gigabyte GA_P35_DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-5400C4 TwinX (2x1GB)

I just want to check that these are all compatable, before i click the buy button

I still need to get , Graphics Card, Processor, Psu and a hard drive.

Also does the motherboard come with all the cables for devices, or do i have to buy them spearate?

Thanks
Chris

That ram isn't specifically mentioned on Gigabyte's memory compatibility list yet I'd really be shocked if it didn't work.

Oh and the motherboard will come with:

1 IDE cable
1 floppy drive cable
4 sata cables
1 sata bracket

Methinks that should be more than enough for your needs. You're picking out good parts by the way so carry on!

edit - By the way, what monitor have you currently got?

I dont know, its a monitor i got with my old comp from a competitor, it seems brandless, some 19" monitor.

btw a quick question but it seem stupid, i was looking at the processors for that motherboard, but they say like Intel core due 2 2.4 ghz, but I currently got a p4 2.4ghz, isent that the same speed?

No, the core 2 architecture is far more efficient and it is dual core, meaning it is faster (probably twice as fast) in single core apps and much faster still in dual core apps.
