My Build - Spec Check

Okay, £700 limit here, no more if possible

This will be built in the next few weeks up to christmas, with me getting the monitor of the parents.

I'd like a spec check please, but if there is something better than below, please let me know

So,

Case - NZXT Lexa
Hard drive - Samsung 750GB F1
RAM - OCZ 4GB
Monitor - LG 24"
Graphics Card - ATI 4850
CPU - Q6600
MOBO - Asus P5Q Pro - Do I need one this good?
Optical - Pioneer 20x
PSU - Corsair 650W TX

Will you be gaming, it might be worth changing the cpu to the E8XXX range.
Part from that good spec.
Edit - Do you need a power supply.

Oops, yeah, the corsair 650W TX Series.

And yes I will be gaming.

Probably rFactor, GRID, COD4, Halo, Crysis if I can, doubt it though

Along with PSU, and fan controller.

I'm stuck with CPU, quad or dual?
