NH-U12P -> K2 Mount Doom.
HAF 912 Plus Case -> Fractal R3.
OCZ Agility 3 60GB -> Samsung 830 (recommend 128GB).
G.Skill RipJawsX -> Kingston HyperX / Corsair Vengeance Low Profile (Ripjaw might not fit under the coolers).

750W overkill if you are not gonna SLI, and you're not gonna want to SLI on that board, or the Z77-D3H.

The retail processor is £10 more.

It comes in a shiny box with a stock heatsink and has three years warranty instead of one.

It may also have a higher future re-sale value.

No problemo.

The 912+ is a decent case if you really want to go for it.

NH-U12P is also ok, but there are better for around the price.

I don't know about the keyboard or mouse, pad of internet suite.

I stand by the rest though.
