Selling off my 939 X2 stuff and got myself a P5W DH Deluxe, some ADATA ram and a Celeron D 331 for £30

As soon as I got it I lapped the IHS, just couldn't resist :D

Cooling - XP-90C, room temp - 28*C, P5W DH 0701

After various results at different voltages I managed this a few minutes ago :]

here's what I ran overnight last night, more in the chip as far as 24/7 goes.

and now I REALLY want to hit 4.8 ghz :)

who knew overclocking crap chips could be so fun? :]

I knew overclocking 'crap' chips can be fun :D not when you have to handle 160w of heat on air though :/ *pats 805*

:) 805 is a lot better than this lol

PS: Pretty sure I smashed aircooled WR by miles

going to keep chip as backup/fun chip, hopefully when I eventually (keep spending all my dam money lol) get a phase change unit..

1.7v in bios won't work for some reason, it'll give an error..

works in aibooster though. so no error..

I reached 4.7 on 1.6v so 1.6v to 1.7v didn't gain much :(

Vmch at stock.. no need to raise it at such low FSB..

Ah ok.

You think there can be anymore room for improvement on overall speed?

You going to try and prime it a higher speed with more volts?

Super pi 1m wont be that special... nothing to shout about with the low numbers that are floating around in our heads from the displays of Conroe :D

I wonder if it is faster than my 805 at super pi though, after all the 805 is basically a dual core celeron with cache :p

It would be faster than and 805 at around 4ghz IMO

I may run 1M, depending on how bothered I am on loading a tweaked OS tomorrow. It would be anything between 35-40 I think

anybody tried new 65nm Celeron? saw them on other forums, easily to hit 5ish Gz

planning to buy one new celeron and upgrade to conroe later this year. :p
