My Computer Died... can I have some help?

Hello, can someone please help me?

This morning, I woke up and my computer was dead. I could smell burnt plastic, so I opened her up and it was coming from the PSU.

Righty O - So I just bought a new PSU. Fitted it and nothing, still dead.
The onboard green LED is constantly blinking.

I really don't know what to do and I haven't got the money to get it checked out. What can I do? PC is quite new, 1 year old.

Please help me

could be a fried motherboard....

do you have any other parts you could test it with ... case of trial and error to isolate which part has gone..

but at a guess id say motherboard...
