My computer on but no display on monitor why?

Did you hear the Windows startup tune?

Overclocked at all, also try onboard video of your using external gpu (assuming you have not loaded into Windows)
 
This may seem a silly question, but is your monitor switched on and connected onto the correct port on the correct VGA card?
Was it working previously?
