My computer won't boot up!! Please help.

Hi guys,
All of a sudden I go to turn my pc on today and it won't boot properly. It boots for 3/4 seconds then restarts 3 times. Then it stays on but theres no output. I've reseated the CMOS battery, memory, cpu, cpu fan but no luck. I've even used a different processor. Anyone have any clues on what i can try?


I have a Biostar TP45 Mobo with a Q6600.


Any help would be much appretiated.

may I ask, it like turns on fans spin up, but no beeps blank screen

you could try a basic boot, meaning taking everything out the system that is not needed
