My conncetion is erratic...please help

Last night it was fine, but now it seems to be having problems.

I can access OcUK forums perfectly at the moment, but sometimes I just get 404. Same with other websites, either I am getting 404 or full speed. If I get a 404, then refresh I sometimes get the website...

I am on NTL, is it a problem with the provider?

Changing your ntl web proxy might improve things?

NTL were having problems the other night.
2 of my Friends ar on NTL and their pings on BF2 are around 10 - 25, they were constantly 85 - 100 all night.

The problem seems to have corrected itself, but as usual Dirtydog I am all ears to what you have to say

There is a list of all the ntl web proxies on that page. When I was with ntl, occasionally one or more websites would not work, or web browsing would be slow. Changing to another proxy solved it in most cases

On NTL here, its been a little iffy lately, but usually clears up.

In my experience it usually works or doesnt..... damn ntl!!..grrrr
