My cooling liguid fan is making noise

hi i recently bought this CoolIT Vantage Liquid CPU Cooler (LGA775/LGA1156/LGA1366/AM2/AM2+/AM3) ( https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-001-CI ) and sometimes is making a pipipipi noise and the lsd screen which indicates the temperature in the case is flashing and i need to restart my pc ... the temperature is ok like 22c.

Contacting CoolIT would be my first action. Sounds like a fault with the unit.
