My CPU temps

I'm using core temp to show me my CPU temperatures (e6700) which my results are showing roughly 50 - 56c.

What is the maximum temperature my CPU can handle and are these temps ok?

Are those temps at idle or load? At load that's a bit high but within normal. It won't damage the CPU.

When playing Crysis, the highest hit was 59c but was roughly about 57ish.

Are you sure these temps are ok?

I have ordered a new CPU cooler and arctic silver 5 so hopefully replacing the stock cooler the temps should come down a fair bit.

That's fine, you only really need to be concerned at 65-70+. Although, most wouldn't want over 60 degrees.
